Apple Begins Notifying WWDC 2026 Swift Student Challenge Winners

Apple has started notifying the winners of its annual Swift Student Challenge, which took place from February 6 to February 28. Students who participated in this year’s challenge can log into the official website to check their status.

Awards and Prizes for Winners

Apple did not disclose the exact number of winners selected this year, but previous years have seen around 350 students receiving awards. The winners will receive a pair of AirPods Max 2 and a complimentary one-year Apple Developer membership.

Opportunities for Distinguished Winners

A subset of the winners are designated as ‘Distinguished Winners’ and will be invited to Cupertino, California, for a three-day experience at Apple Park. These students will have the chance to attend the keynote meeting and interact with Apple engineers and employees.

WWDC 2026 Event Details

The main WWDC event is scheduled from Monday, June 8, to Friday, June 12, at Apple Park. Students who cannot make it in person can follow the announcements through the Apple Developer website and app.
